The Apartments

Option A: Single Room within Shared 6-Bedroom Apartment*

Price: $12,650

Students choosing this option will enjoy a private bedroom and bathroom within a shared 6-bedroom apartment.  These apartments will be shared either with other TEAN students, other international students, or a mix of both. A large living area and kitchen is shared by all six suitemates. Students will have unlimited wireless internet. Participants will also receive kitchen supplies and linens upon arrival to make settling in as easy as possible.

Option B: 4-Bedroom /  8-Person Apartment (4 bathrooms)

Price: $9,625

Students choosing this option will enjoy a shared bedroom and bathroom in a fully-furnished room as part of a larger 8-person suite. These apartments will be shared either with other TEAN students, other international students or a mix of both. A large living area and kitchen is shared by all eight suitemates. Students will have unlimited wireless internet. Participants will also receive kitchen supplies and linens upon arrival to make settling in as easy as possible.

The Location

These units are above average student apartments located in the bustling neighborhood of Ultimo which is within walking district of Darling Harbour, Chinatown and some of the main entertainment districts of Sydney. It is also home to many students attending the various universities in Sydney. The Sydney Central Railway station is only a 10-minute walk away which provides students easy access to all Sydney has to offer.
