Newcastle Housing

Below are the housing options for University of Newcastle Fall 2024. Please read below for specific details, then complete the Housing Preference Form, which includes roommate requests. The deadline to complete the form is March 15, 2024.

On-Campus Housing

Location: On-Campus: International House (Callaghan) 
Meal Plan: Available for an additional cost (not recommended)
Air Conditioning: A/C is not available in Newcastle housing.
Room Style: Single Room/Shared Apartment (5-10 rooms per apartment)
Cost: $4,975
Description: The on-campus housing is managed by the UON accommodation office. All dorms are located on the main Callaghan campus and are a short walk to class. Building and room type are subject to availability and will not be finalized until departure.
