Hanyang Summer Research
Study in Seoul at the largest international summer school program in South Korea at the respected Hanyang University. As one of the country’s leading research institutions offering a wide range of courses in English, particularly in STEM, Hanyang University welcomes around 2,000 students from around the world every summer. Choose two or three classes in the fields of your choice while also being introduced to the contemporary South Korean culture through included excursions and activities. Throughout it all, you’ll also receive beginning-to-end support from resident TEAN staff, accommodation and more to make the most of your summer in Seoul!
Semester in Thailand
Experience the thrill of studying and living in Bangkok, Thailand’s sprawling capital city and a global hub of culture, commerce and cuisine. Though Bangkok is a major metropolis, this semester program is the least expensive of all TEAN offerings and offers students a surprisingly affordable cost of living. Study at Mahidol University International College (MUIC), the English-speaking arm of the esteemed Mahidol University, taking a variety of classes in English along with your Thai peers. Often considered the gateway to Asia, Bangkok is a great jumping off point to explore further afield in neighboring countries such as Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar and more. Of course, the incredible Thai street food, unique culture and varied landscape may have you wanting to just stick around the Land of Smiles!
Korea University Winter Program
Take advantage of your winter break by staying three weeks in Seoul! Spend J-Term in the vibrant capital with the opportunity to earn up to six credits. Spending winter in Seoul means that you will enjoy eating delicious street food, sledding, K-Pop holiday concerts and warming up in Korean hot springs. Explore Korea’s dynamic destinations all while earning credits at one of the country’s most prestigious universities with an emphasis on Korean culture.
