Mike is originally from Massachusetts and decided he wanted to pick up the pace a bit and head to the big city (New York) for school at Manhattan College. Mike studied at Bond University on the Gold Coast in the Spring of 2015 with TEAN, and had the best four months of his life. He was always in awe of everything he had heard and learned about Australia and the Great Barrier Reef- so naturally, Australia felt like a good fit. While on the Gold Coast and throughout his travels in Australia, Mike learned an immense amount about himself, his interests, and felt a sense of identity. His passions include traveling, music, photography, adventuring, and meeting new people.
