This is a brand new property opening in August. All rooms have private bathrooms and shared communal cooking spaces. The apartments are approximately a 35-minute commute from campus including an easy walk to the Metro and one line change. Though further from campus than other options, the quality rooms come at an excellent price for Shanghai.

- Rooms come with a kitchenette area but students are responsible for supplying their own dishes, cups, cutlery, etc. Students can also cook in the communal kitchen space but need to use their own pots, pans, dishes, etc.

- Nearest large supermarket, Auchan, is a 12-minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants along the way
